One of the major players in the on-line job search is www.careerbuilder.com . One of the ways they are employing Web 2.0 is through a blog. However, it hasn’t been updated since Feb. 26. This surprises me coming from such a prominent on-line source. What is on the blog seems to be helpful information.

Another feature on Career Builder is the capabillity to ask questions via the website. You can type in your question and an agent is available 24/7 to provide you with an answer.

 I just don’t feel like they are taking any large strides to incorporate Web 2.0. Maybe they have some plans in the works. They are still a very successful site, so they must be doing a lot of things right.
